ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the effects of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) on expression FcγR Ⅱ b and Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) in children with Kawasaki disease (KD).Methods 25 KD 15 healthy controls were enrolled this study. The levels TLR4 monocytes assessed by flow cytometry.Real-time PCR was performed to detect transcription b,TLR4 signaling molecules(MyD88,TRAF-6,TAK1) cytokines(IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α) monocytes. The concentrations TNF-α plasma determined enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results (1) Compared controls, the molecules patients significantly up-regulated but decreased after treatment IVIG (P<0.05).(2)The Ⅱb from higher than those controls, and IVIG(P<0.05).(3) The cytokine factor such as IL-1β,IL-6 found be (P<0.05) ; elevated during acute (P<0.05).(4)There correlations follow between cytokine,TLR4 (P <0.05).Conclusion can up regulate down which might inhibit inflammatory response.
