ABSTRACT
Objective To study the possible molecular mechanism of IL-10 in promoting Chlamydia muridarum infection mice. Methods C57BL/6 wild-type and gene knockout (IL-10-/-) mice were infected with muridarum. Indirect immunofluorescence assay was used to detect growth intestinal genital tracts. The severity diseases assessed by hydrosalpinx scoring. Expression IFN-γ IL-2 blood measured ELISA. Results Compared group, clearance tracts IL-10-/- significantly faster, expression increased significantly. In addition, showed more serious hydrosalpinx. Conclusions IL-10 delays trachomatis promotes through inhibiting IL-2, which aggravates hydrosalpinx. Key words: Chlamydia trachomatis; IL-10; Cytokine; Immunity
