Regulatory effects of IL-33/ST2 axis on adipose tissue immune cells and relationship to obesity

Obesity is a health problem of great concern to the whole society. Numerous studies have shown that obesity can lead changes in types and numbers immune cell subsets molecules visceral adipose tissues, IL-33/ST2 plays crucial role maintaining homeostasis. This paper reviewed regulatory effects on adipocytes cells as well IL-33 tissues body during recent years.
