ABSTRACT
To explore the expression of major histocompatibility complex classⅠchain-related protein A and B (MICA/B) in operable lung adenocarcinoma its clinical significance.Between January 2002 December 2003, 100 patients with People's Hospital Zhengzhou were collected. The MICA/B was examined by immunohistochemistry staining.According to immunohistochemical staining, cases score ≥5 points high while <5 low MICA/B.Chi-square test utilized analyze relationship between clinicopathologic features. association overall survival analyzed Kaplan-Meier curve, together Log-Rank test. COX regression model established single combined effects these covariants. The percentage tissue 38% (38/100). over-expression rate group mutant epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) gene significantly higher than that wild EGFR (93.8% vs 11.8%, P<0.001). No statistical significance observed other parameters, including age, sex, TNM stage, T- staging, histological grade lymph node metastasis. analysis showed overexpression closely associated shorter time (10.4 28.9 months, P=0.005).Overexpression is related mutations survival, which may be a poor prognosis indicator adenocarcinoma.
