ABSTRACT
Objective: To investigate the value of integrated pancreatic and biliary stents for prevention post-Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) pancreatitis. Results: A total 214 Among them, 139 received a with average operation time 62.1±9.8 min 75 67.2±12.7 min. was statistically significantly different (P=0.001). Straight found have higher incidence proximal migration spontaneous abscission than (8.6% vs 0, P=0.009; 12.9% 1.3%, P=0.004). There no significant difference in acute or hyperamylasemia two groups (3.6% 2.7%, P=1.000; 5.0% 4.0%, P=1.000). 123 second ERCP remove 1 8 weeks after ERCP, 2 3 high amylase, while there happened one week ERCP. Conclusion: is better stents.
