ABSTRACT
Objective To design a kind of bioactive glasses/chitosan (BG/CS) composite materials,and investigate their physico-chemical properties and cell compatibility.Methods 2.0% chitosan hydrochloric acid solution β-glycerophosphate on ice conditions in the 7∶1 ratio well mixed.after CS/BG become 2.0∶ 1.0,1.0∶ 1.0,1.0∶1.5 gelatinous liquid stage.Save it the-80 ℃ frige,formed by freeze-drying machine.After 20 kGy 60Go radiation sterilization get sample.By scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction Fourier infrared spectral analysis,DSC thermal analysis,its microstructure composition,Calculate stents' porosity,adopt ceramic test system mechanical test.Inoculate third-generation rabbit mesenchymal stem cells into stents use microscopy adherency stents.Detect proliferation which are adhere to stents.Evaluate compatibility cells.Results Synthetic has same size geometric shapes with mould.The phenomenon hydroxyapatite crystals gathered carbon nanotube reunion was not detected.The porosity is 81%-89%,it appropriate.The breaking strength (4.90 ±0.63) mPa,Characteristic BG peak can be seen through X-ray figure technology.The absorption peaks detected fourier transform spectroscopy.It indicate that consist material.The third generation stent when cultivate for one day,some extends put out locomotions.Training 7 days later,the grows well,and spread along stent,it polygonal material connected slender locomotion.bone marrow stents.Conclusion The preparate blending freeze drying good porosity,high cells.It used organization bone tissue engineering.
