ABSTRACT
Objective
To summarize the experience and myocardial protection of ascending aortic aneurysm treatment using Bentall operation with retrograde coronary sinus perfusion in beating heart.
Methods
A total 56 cases were treated by surgery heart or cardioplegia. The levels tropninI, creatine kinase isoenzyme MB (CK-MB) malondialdehyde (MDA) at different time points detected. Statisticalanalysis data statistical product service solutions 10.0 software.
Results
TropninⅠ serum concentration both group significantly increased 15 min after opening all afterwards (P<0.01), but beating-heart was lower than that cardioplegia (P<0.01); CK-MB opening, 2 hour 1 day (P<0.01, P<0.05). When bypass machine turned off, MDA (P<0.01). There no significant difference time, cardiopulmonary postoperative bleeding volume prosthetic valve circumferential leakage between two groups.
Conclusion
Bentall can be carried out heart, which demonstrated better protective effect.
