Artificial vascular ascending aorta with aortic valve replacement surgery in the treatment of ascending aortic aneurysm with retrograde coronary sinus perfusion in beating heart

Objective To summarize the experience and myocardial protection of ascending aortic aneurysm treatment using Bentall operation with retrograde coronary sinus perfusion in beating heart.

Methods A total 56 cases were treated by surgery heart or cardioplegia. The levels tropninI, creatine kinase isoenzyme MB (CK-MB) malondialdehyde (MDA) at different time points detected. Statisticalanalysis data statistical product service solutions 10.0 software.

Results TropninⅠ serum concentration both group significantly increased 15 min after opening all afterwards (P<0.01), but beating-heart was lower than that cardioplegia (P<0.01); CK-MB opening, 2 hour 1 day (P<0.01, P<0.05). When bypass machine turned off, MDA (P<0.01). There no significant difference time, cardiopulmonary postoperative bleeding volume prosthetic valve circumferential leakage between two groups.

Conclusion Bentall can be carried out heart, which demonstrated better protective effect.
