ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the infection situation of Norovirus and its genotype among children with acute diarrhea in autumn winter Shenzhen. Methods Fecal specimens were collected from 307 under 5 years age September 2009 to January 2010 Shenzhen.Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used detect nucleic acids Norovirus.Amplicons obtained some positive stools purified sequenced.Phylogenetic analysis genotyping performed combined corresponding nucleotide sequence GenBank reference strains. The recombinant analyzed identified by SimPlot3.5.1.Results 38 out for RT-PCR rate 12.4%.Norovirus detected more frequently between 6 months 2 which corresponded 81.6 % (31 /38) all cases, with peak occurring October November 73.7% (28/38) cases.25 26 sequenced strains GⅡ.4 2006b variant, and one strain GⅡ.12/ GⅡ.3 genotype. Conclusion is important pathogen Shenzhen.GⅡ.4 variant predominant population studied strain. The first Shenzhen GⅡ.12/GⅡ.3.
