ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the feasibility of dose verification intensity modulated planning helical tomotherapy (HT) using three-dimensional semiconductor array (Delta4) and find a more time-consuming accurate method to validate delivery dose.Methods Delta4 detector was used verify HT plan distribution 10 patients.The precise setup guided registered by MVCT imaging.After implementation delivery,the measured distributions on corresponding planes were compared with those calculated treatment system (TPS).According different acceptance criteria combination difference or distance agreement at threshold level including 3%/2 mm,3%/3 mm,3%/4 mm,3%/5 mm TH5,TH10,TH20,TH30,TH70,TH90,the γ analysis utilized evaluate verification.Results The well consistent that TPS.The mean γpassing rates all above 94.89%.Conclusions can get satisfying results when in is viable tool replace traditional film dosimetry clinical quality assurance work.
