ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the factors associated with postoperative metastasis, recurrence, and survival in patients stage ⅢA (N2) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), to provide an objective basis for radiotherapy patients. Methods Clinical data were collected from 199 who underwent complete resection diagnosed NSCLC after surgery our hospital 2009 2013. The Cox regression model was used multivariate analyses of metastasis recurrence. rates calculated using Kaplan-Meier method analyzed log-rank test. Results In patients, 173 had follow-up data. 1-and 2-year 38.7%/52.6%, 27.8%/39.1%, 92.5%/51.4%, respectively. analysis showed that pathological type two positive indices among preoperative CEA/CY211/SCC risk (P=0.013, 0.014). Positive lymph node number, metastatic rate, recurrence (P=0.046, 0.004, 0.028, 0.001). All above low 0.011, 0.002, 0.026). Conclusions Patients have nodes, metastases, may benefit radiotherapy.
