The plastic and reconstruction operations on the eyelid defect results from carcinoma of eyelid

Objective To discuss the plastic operation methods and skills on large ares eyelid defect which results from carcinoma of skin eyelid.Methods Under local or general anesthesia,The illed issues were excised.Then,the inner tarsal was repaired by conjunctiva-tarsus flap hard palate mucosa sclera forein-body grafting;the outer full thickness pedide sliding grafting in one-stage.Results Nine patients treated with those method.They all healed up one-stage satisfied cosmetic apperance.Conclusion The operations are satisfactory.
