ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the effect of left ventricular ejection fraction to long-term prognosis in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction emergency percutaneous coronary interventional therapy. Methods In our hospital from March 2007 January 2012,300 patients, according (LVEF) were divided into lower values group (LVEF <40%),intermediate (40%<LVEF<60%),higher (60%<LVEF),clinical data difference analyzed and compared 3 groups. Results high values,at time admission, higher blood pressure appeared oxygen good advantage,MACE total incidence was compared:low value contrast intermediate group:c2=4.66,( P<0.05 ); low vs group:c2=18.53,( P< 0.01 middle group:c2=high 5.10,( ).In three groups MACE group, intermediate group, high group, difference line statistical analysis indicated that P less than 0.05.Conclusion treatment PCI STEMI during follow-up increased LVEF decreasing, thus, during should get more education strength,in order decrease MACE,and improve postoperative satisfaction.
