Effects of BIODEX training system on recovery of walking ability in stroke patients with hemiplegia

ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the effects of BIODEX training system on walking ability in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 56 cases hemiplegia were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group.All had received same conventional rehabilitation treatment.The (28 cases) was treated balance traditional training.The used training.Clinical assessment assessed by lower limber motor function(Fugl-Meyer scale),Berg scale(BBS),Functional Ambulation Category (FAC),and Biodex function before after treatment.Results Compared pre-training,both groups significant improvement (Fugl-Meyer),walking FAC BBS (P<0.01).Compared group,treatment significantly greater each scale (P<0.05).Conclusion combination normal therapy may be more advantageous for improving hemiplegia.
