ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the feasibility of 3M liquid dressing as radiotherapy surface marker. Methods 15 tumor patients undergoing radiation therapy were randomly divided into observation group (n =10) and control =5).Observation sprayed marker with dressing, made a mark in original position after was completely dry, then again. The operation repeated 2 times.Observed area clear degree daily, sprayed again if fuzzy until end treatment.Recorded spraying frequency interval time, observed patients' skin condition daily at same time.Control told to keep field clean dry labeling, without drug coated.Observation till line fuzzy.Recorded reservation time observed reaction skin. Results In group, the average durability 8 days (4-20days),the marking 4 times (1-6 times); (2-5days).No adverse occurred two groups. Conclusion is more effective for younger less grease.
