ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the model of human resource management in operating room.Method We investigated work intensity 25 nurses room and took elastic scheduling to solve problem shortage resources.Results There was statistically significant difference outstanding rate nurses' overall performance rating between experimental group control (P =0.042).Quality care optimization mode April improved compared with conventional March.There satisfaction surgeon anesthesiologist (x2 =12.028,P =0.002),which suggested that resources had quality March.Conclusion Through reasonable allocation resources,we could finish high maximize application limited resources.
