Application of whole course nursing intervention in patients with lower limb erysipelas treated by Qingrejiedu TCM Tazi Decoction

Objective To investigate the application effect of whole course nursing intervention in patients with lower limb erysipelas treated by Qingrejiedu TCM Tazi Decoction.

Methods 76 Decoction at our hospital from November, 2016 to May, 2017 were selected as research objects. The randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 38 cases for each group. given general care intervention. incidence complications, compliance, satisfaction compared between two groups.

Results The complications was than (5.26% vs. 28.95%, P<0.05). compliance higher (94.74% 68.42% 97.37% 76.31%, P<0.05).

Conclusion Whole can improve curative effect, reduce promote nurse-patient relationship, quality.
