Preventive effect of zinc combined with montelukast on recurrent respiratory infection in infants and their influences on immune function

ABSTRACT
Objective
To explore the preventive effect of zinc combined with montelukast on recurrent respiratory infection (RRI) in infants and their influences immune function.
Method
s 80 RRI our hospital from February 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group control group, 40 cases each group. Both groups given routine anti-infective, expectorant, cough-relieving, antipyretic treatment. The was treated montelukast, basis clinical curative effect, number onset, function, adverse reactions compared between two groups.
Result
s response rate treatment higher than that (95.00% vs.80.00%) (P 0.05).
Conclusion
Zinc can effectively reduce prevent onset infants, improve significant high safety.
