ABSTRACT
Objective To study the expression of hypoxia-inducible factors-1α and pyruvate kinase type M2 in Hp infected gastric carcinoma their clinical significances. Methods The levels 85 cases tissues were detected by using RT-PCR immunohistochemical method. The Virulence level CagA gene tissue. Results As degree tumor differentiation, invasion depth stage increased, positive rate HIF-1α PKM2 two was correlation. HIF-1α(73%)was related to lymph node metastasis(χ2=4.204, P=0.041). PKM2(85%)was diameter. (75% 85%, respectively) significantly increased tissue (χ2=6.486, P=0.010; χ2=7.341, P=0.009, CagA+ type. Conclusion HIF-1α may be closely correlated development metastasis with infection. Key words: Stomach neoplasms; Pyruvate kinase; Helicobacter pylori; Hypoxia-inducible factors
