The analysis of risk factors and clinical features of systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura

ABSTRACT
Objective To analyze the clinical characters and identify risk factors in patients diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP). Methods We retrospectively features, laboratorial test results treatment strategy of 20 SLE TTP First Affiliated Hospital Zhengzhou University from 2011 to 2018. Multiple logistic regression model was used determine for TTP. Results Among patients, 16 were female 4 male. The median age at diagnosis 47(14-74) years old. Three cases during SLE, after while 1 case before SLE. Logistic analysis showed that independent included Systemiclupus disease activity index (SLEDAI)>10, renal CNS involvement (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients who have moderate or high activity, Central nervous system (CNS) significantly increases TTP.
