ABSTRACT
Objective
To compare the safety and efficacy of retrograde antegrade techniques in laparoscopic left hemihepatectomy.
Methods
Of 65 patients who underwent hemihepatectomy between January 2016 to June 2018 at Ningbo Li Huili Hospital Medical Center, was carried out 31 patients, 34 patients. The perioperative data, duration operation, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications (including major bleeding, abdominal abscess bile leakage), post-operative hospital stay were retrospectively compared two groups.
Results
There no significant differences general status groups (P>0.05). Both operation [(121.5±22.1) min vs. (190.9±48.9) min, P 0.05].
Conclusions
Occlusion hepatic vascular inflow outflow combined with safe feasibly. approach superior hemihepatectomy.
