Current status of neoadjuvant therapy for rectal cancer

The proportion of rectal cancer in the digestive tract our country has increased year by year, although surgical resection is main treatment for cancer, but with progress medical level, more and treatments were applied cancer.Simple cannot meet cancer.Here summarized indications preoperative neoadjuvant treatment, route administration drug regimens, new adjuvant radiotherapy program, existing problems other aspects.
