Diagnosis and Treatment of acute epidural hematoma with mixed density on CT

Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics and therapeutic strategy of acute epidural hematoma(EDH) with mixed density on CT.Methods The data 45 patients EDH first CT after trauma were analyzed retrospectively.Acute form images compared those which had homogenesis at same time.Results opportunity increasing size hematoma mortality was significantly higher in hematoma( 82.1％,16.2％ )than that density( 17.7％,2.3％ ) ( all P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusion a hyperacute EDH.The operation for from image should be prompt.
