Clinical effect of active immunotherapy combined with endometrial local injury treatment in women with recurrent spontaneous abortion

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of active immunotherapy combined with endometrial local injury in women recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) caused by negative-blocking antibodies.

Methods 112 patients diagnosed RSA antibodies were randomly divided into treatment group (62 patients)and control group(50 patients).The treated injury.The immunotherapy.The pregnancy outcomes observed.

Results The rate was 93.54% group,and 80.00% group.The success significant higher than that group(χ2= 4.65,P<0.05).The abortion 3.44% and 12.50% group. It lower 4.90,P< 0.05).After immunotherapy,the 90.58% positive-blocking 77.77% 4.27,P<0.05).The 2.60% 19.05% group.It 6.14, P<0.05).

Conclusion It can significantly improve pregnant outcome reduce antibodies.
