ABSTRACT
Objective
To discuss the clinical effect of fixation for complex fractures proximal phalanx with mini titanium mesh.
Methods
70 cases(82 fingers) complexity fracture were selected, they treated micro mesh fixation. The healing (X-ray examination) time and postoperative functional recovery finger observed.
Results
70 patients followed up 12-18 months, average 15.8 months.74 fingers Ⅰ wound healing, delayed in 8 fingers, after dressing healed well.70 82 all healed(X-ray) 8-10 weeks, 9.7 weeks.According to 1975 American Society Hand Surgery recommended TAM(total active movement, TAM) system evaluation method, excellent 44 cases, good 20 fair 4 cases poor 2 rate was 91.43%.
Conclusion
The within is good, satisfactory finger.
