ABSTRACT
Objective To expore multi-drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii efflux pump phenotype and gene expression in the isolates. Methods Application of K-B method to detect 96 strains isolated from First Hospital Hebei Medical University baumannii′ resistance 15 kinds antibacterial drugs, detecting with broth microdilution by addition carbonyl cyanide chlorobenzene hydrazone (CCCP) inhibitors, using PCR amplification sequencing study protein sequence characteristics . Results The rate quinolones, cephalosporins, aminoglycosides, tetracyclines were 70.8%-94.8%.There 34 positive phenotypes strains, including 33 adeB 32 adeR adeS adeJ strains,0 adeE strain,33 adeM detection 97.06%, 94.12%,97.06%,97.06%,0,97.06%,respectively. By comparison, adeB, genes homology was 100% GenBank. Conclusion Active perturbation is one important factors baumannii.(Chin J Lab Med,2014,37:763-766) Key words: Acinetobacter baumannii; Drug resistance, multiple, bacterial; Carbonyl m-chlorophenyl hydrazone; Phenotype; Genotype
