ABSTRACT
Objective To investigates a group of 2 candidate single nucleotide polymorphisms in P2Y1 gene the blood platelet aggregation pathway associated with aspirin resistance (AR).Methods A total 330 patients Emergency wards and Cardiovascular Department Shanghai Sixth People' s Hospital were enrolled from October 2010 to March 2012.All subjects examined including TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C,blood routine, fasting glucose (FBG).Following course treatment for at least 7 days, platelet stimulated by arachidonic acid (AA) adenosine diphosphate (ADP) was observed, and analyzed polymerase chain reaction DNA sequencing assay. Results Of patients,95 (28.79%) had AR,and 235 (71.21%) sensitive aspirin.Type diabetes (OR =2.773),hypertension =3.992),and low level HDL =6.087) independent risk factors development AR,This SNP comprise T C base substitution position 893 gene, and increase 3.16、95% CI 1.36-7.16、P =0.04).Conclusions The type Ⅱ diabetescidence, hypertension AR.There is correlation between mutation (893C > T) resistance.
