ABSTRACT
Objective
To investigate the effects of different concentrations dezocine combined with sufentanil in patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA) after Cesarean section.
Methods
A total 90 parturients underwent section under spinal and epidural anesthesia were included this study. The randomly single-blindly divided into 3 groups: group D1 1.5 µg/kg, tropisetron hydrochloride 0.15 mg/kg mg/kg; D2 D3 0.3 0.45 diluted to 100 ml normal saline respectively, dosage accordance D1.
Results
The highest VAS was lowest at 6, 12, 24, 36 48 h operation (P<0.05). Ramsay sedation score PONV fewest adverse reactions (P<0.05).
Conclusion
Moderate concentration (0.3mg/kg ml) can significantly improve are fewest.
