Influential factors of solid-phase extraction method to automate the synthesis of 11C-acetate

ABSTRACT
Objective To discuss the factors that affect synthesis of 11C-acetate via a domestic automated solid-phase extraction method. Methods The efficiency was influenced by release rate 11CO2 from cyclotron target, time capture ring, concentration and volume tetrahydrofuran (THF) with CH3MgBr, nitrogen current pressure, water in system. Thus, these parameters were optimized. Results After performing 18 runs conditional parallel experiment, increased to (53.7±3.6) %, radiochemical purity more than 99%.
