ABSTRACT
Objective To detect large surface protein (LHBs)and HBV DNA on 3 HBV-M and compare their difference, to study the relation between LHBs explore clinical value of detecting among HBeAg negative in patients with hepatitis B. Methods 346 534 cases were detected respectively. measured by ELISA,while serum level fluorescent quantitative PCR, results also compared those observed form positive patients. Results There was no statistical difference rates L group, result 95.21% 86.17% respectively (P>0.05), showed a good correlation. The S DN groups 73.67%, 81.48% 42.32%, 55.56% DNA(P<0.01). In HBeAg-negative, 71.39% 43.35% (P<0.01). Among 196 negtive cases, 68.88 %. Conclusions LHRs is correlated closely levels DNA, it would be immuno-serological index reflecting replication prognosis criterion for patients.
