ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the application and nursing of MDCT coronary arteriongraphy. Methods A total 55 heart disease patients were treated with arteriongraphy (CTCA) DSA selective (SCA).The GE Adw 4.3 after treatment working station an image was used for collection CTCA original data results reconstruction artery , inspection analyzed by SCA golden standard. Results The display rate left anterior descending branch, circumflex, right 100% (55/55), 95.2% (51/55) 98.4% (54/55), respectively.The susceptibility, specificity, accuracy diagnosis narrow ＞ 50 93.5%, 95.3% 94. 6%, respectively. Conclusions have higher consistency as a result, is good method selection pathological changes artery.
