Psychoanalysis of the patients with functional constipation and nursing intervention

Objective To analyze the mental psychological characteristics of patients with functional constipation.According to its characteristic and give corresponding nursing intervention improve life quality prognosis.Methods ZUNG's anxiety,depression self rating scale (SAS,SDS) were used investigate sixty cases FC 30 matched healthy same age,sex body mass index,the scores compared.All received care health education for one month,The clinical symptoms score SDS,SAS observed.Results SAS,SDS standard higher than those in control group significantly ; Through a month,SAS,SDS lowered significantly,the had been improved,the total effective rate was 56.7％.Conclusions Patients have abnormal state obviously,nursing can anxiety depression FC,improve patient,achieve purpose curing.
