Effect of SOC mode intervention on self-efficacy and health literacy of middle-aged and young patients with coronary heart disease

ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the effect of SOC mode intervention on self-efficacy and health literacy middle-aged young patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From November 2016 to 2017, 112 disease who were admitted department cardiovascular medicine a third-class first-class hospital in Tangshan city grouped according time sequence admission, odd numbers as control group even group.The adopted conventional nursing mode, took theoretical basis mode.Targeted measures taken different stages patients, lasted for 1 month. The two groups evaluated before after intervention. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference scores between groups(P>0.05). After total score higher than that group(P<0.05), symptoms, role, emotion communication doctors those group(P<0.05). information acquisition ability, interaction willingness support economy, change but all dimensions group(P<0.05). Conclusions SOC-based can improve CHD patients. Key words: SOC mode; Young disease; Self-efficacy; Health
