Treatment of renal calculi on minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy with ureteroscopic holmimium:YAG laser lithotripsy

Objectives To assess the safety ,feasibility and superiority of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (mini-PCNL) with ureteroscopic holmimium.Methods The data 20 patients renal calculi who had undergone mimi-PCNL from August 2004 to April 2008 were retrospectively analyzed.Build up tract mini-PCNL under guide B-ultrasound or C x-ray machine ,All treated by holmimium:YAG laser lithotripsy.Results total stone-free rate was 90%.And no complications such as severe bleeding urinary fistula happened.Conclusions Treatment stone a safe ,effective rapid recovery less method.
