ABSTRACT
Pancreatic tuberculosis (PTB) is a rare, chronic, specific and infectious disease which generally secondary to at the common sites of pancreas, it has high misdiagnosis rate due hidden onset non-specific symptoms PTB. A patient with PTB was admitted First Affiliated Hospital Zhengzhou University in June 2014. Before operation, space-occupying lesions head pancreas were detected by preoperative imaging examination, regarded as pancreatic cancer. Intraoperative exploration showed cystic duct involvement, granulomatous inflammation rapid pathological examination using frozen section technique, after that received granuloma resection + cholecystectomy according suspected The diagnosis confirmed post-operative liver-protective anti-tuberculosis treatments discharge.
