Observation indicators: (1) follow-up situations: cases with follow-up, time, loss, severity time treatment loss; (2) univariate analysis LSG; (3) multivariate LSG. Follow-up using outpatient examination Wechat performed to detect changes BMI up September 2016. Measurement normal distribution represented as ±s comparison groups done by t test. Comparison count analyzed chi-square Multivariate Logistic regression model. Results (1) all followed for 15 months. Forty-two had 21 slight 10 moderate 11 loss. A proportion 6/11 male 36/43 female. onset end (3.4±1.4)months (9.0±3.6)months, respectively. Of 42 patients, took oral medication (6 ferrous sulfate, 5 decavitamin 4 zinc gluconate solution) against no obvious improvement. During stopped gradually grow new hair. Univariate LSG: EWL acid (χ2=5.161, t=-5.114, 4.266, P<0.05). independent (OR=1.039, 0.499, 95% confidence interval: 1.011-1.068, 0.300-0.802, prediction accuracy 85.2%. Conclusion Postoperative are LSG. Key words: Obesity; Sleeve gastrectomy; Bariatric surgery; Hair
