ABSTRACT
Pancreatic cancer is a highly malignant tumor of the digestive system, also known as king . Its incidence increasing year by worldwide. At present, there still lack effective screening methods for pancreatic cancer, and early symptoms are not obvious. Most diagnosed in late stage, best time surgery has been lost, patients often have poor response to radiotherapy, chemotherapy targeted therapy, so prognosis very poor. The occurrence development closely related genetic background, environmental factors, basic diseases living habits. So far, although certain risk factors identified, such smoking, obesity, alcohol, chronic pancreatitis, type 2 diabetes mellitus, family history, cause clear. In recent years, more studies shown that addition already recognized relationship between microecological disorders progression cancer. authors review research status system microecology order understand role thus providing new way effectively improve cancer.
