ABSTRACT
Objective To analyze liver function damage and blood lipid difference in fatty patients of different ages. Methods From January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2017, a total 15 163 non-alcoholic (NAFLD) from the Changhai Hospital Medical Center were collected as NAFLD group, 24 273 normal non-fatty used group. The two groups divided into 14 age groups. All stratified according normal, abnormal lipids, ideal, marginal abnormal. chi-square test was differences lipids between Age analysis dyslipidemia rates comparison groups. Results There alanine aminotransferase (ALT) aspartic acid (AST) levels (P<0.05); χ2 693.79 126.67, respectively. With increase age, ALT had downward trend before 69, AST 49. rate ≥32.3% people under years old, 10.9%-28.5% 25-54 old and, ≤8.7% over 55 old. ≥30% 19 10.6%-15.9% 20-29 ≤7.8% 30 high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density (LDL-C), triacylglycerol (TG), (TC) disease statistically significant (χ2=181.04, 231.35, 194.90, 203.44, respectively, P<0.05). HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, TC 30-34 55-64 45-49 60-64 HDL-C group non-fitty 28.0% 3.4%, LDL-C 14.2% 4.7%, 40-44 TG 31.7% 4.9%, old; three peak gap. 23.5% 5.5%, it most obvious all groups. Conclusion ALT caused by is common 54 29 with ≥10.9% ≥10.6%, higher than that people. obvious. Key words: Fatty liver; Age groups; Dyslipidemias
