The job stressors and correlative factors of nurses in infectious disease department

Objective To investigates the job stressors and correlative factor analysis of nurses in infectious disease department. Methods Job were investigated 49 department with Nurse Stressors Questionnaire. Results The total score among subjects was 72.86± 20.81, which high degree. main low salary social status nursing specialty, little chance further study promotion, worry making mistake working, frequency work shifts, absence understanding by other medical staffs. There no distinct difference different age, length service professional title (P > 0.05). Conclusions stress more stressful It should be attached importance to manager, taking effective steps prevent particular condition.
