Analysis and nursing reports of adverse drug reaction

Objective To observe the occurrence of adverse drug reaction (ADR)in our hospital and analyze its correlative factors. Methods The 444 case reports ADR were collected from Jan 2005 to Dec 2009 in analyzed statistically. Results results found that female older patients more likely appear ADR. symptoms diversity. factors patients' age, dosage regimen type. Conclusions monitoring should be strengthened knowledge enhanced so as lessen avoid ADR.
