Design and application of nursing special table for face down position

Vitrectomy with inert gas or silicone oil tamponade is an effective surgical treatment of complicated retinal detachment. Maintaining the passive position after surgery related to success operation. If there no suitable head-resting table, patients will have a lot symptoms due long time sitting head bowed. In this paper, we developed special table for bowed vitrectomy. It can adjust more accurately, increase patient comfort, ensure maintenance correct body time, and effectively reduce various prone position, improve rate surgery.
