ABSTRACT
Objective
To investigate the difference of autophagy and apoptosis hepatocyte hepatic stellate cells inducted by CCAAT enhancer binding protein -α(C/EBP-α) vitro study.
Methods
The adenovirus mediated C/EBP-α gene (Ad-C/EBP-α) were constructed, BRL-3A cell lines HSC-T6 infected with 50, 100, 200 MOI, situation was detected flow cytometry. The expression marker LC3Ⅰ/LC3Ⅱ application Western blot method. Then, differences in pathways 2 induced investigated.
Results
Flow cytometry showed that line significant 50 MOI line, dose increased, rate further upward trend (P<0.05). There no change line. HSC-T6LC3Ⅰ/LC3Ⅱ from level significantly decreased, higher, decline greater, downward line.
Conclusions
The has a dose-dependent inhibitory effect on cells, which apoptosis, but it hepatocytes.
