ABSTRACT
Objective
To investigate the effect of serum low estradiol (E2) level on outcome controlled hyperovulation (COH) treatment in patients with vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET) human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) trigger day.
Methods
A total 150 IVF-ET form January 2017 to May 2018 Shanxi Provincial People’s Hospital were divided into group (E2 1 500 pg/ml, n=114). The number eggs obtained, fertilization number, clinical pregnancy rate, and implantation rate two groups compared.
Results
The average low-level higher than those normal (P 0.05).
Conclusions
The E2 HCG day will significantly affect eggs, patients. Clinicians should timely supplement estrogen according actual situation patients, so as ensure IVF-ET.
