Effect of serum low estrogen level on human chorionic gonadotropin trigger day on the outcome of in vitro fertilization embryo transfer controlled superovulation treatment

Objective To investigate the effect of serum low estradiol (E2) level on outcome controlled hyperovulation (COH) treatment in patients with vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET) human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) trigger day.

Methods A total 150 IVF-ET form January 2017 to May 2018 Shanxi Provincial People’s Hospital were divided into group (E2 1 500 pg/ml, n=114). The number eggs obtained, fertilization number, clinical pregnancy rate, and implantation rate two groups compared.

Results The average low-level higher than those normal (P 0.05).

Conclusions The E2 HCG day will significantly affect eggs, patients. Clinicians should timely supplement estrogen according actual situation patients, so as ensure IVF-ET.
