ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the effect of Bcl-2-associated athanogene 3 (BAG3) on proliferation esophageal cancer cells and its correlation with micro ribonucleic acid let-7(miRNA let-7). Methods In this study, tissues (observation group) adjacent normal (control were collected from 180 patients treated in Second People’s Hospital Jiaozuo May 2016 to March 2019. The expressions BAG3 miRNA let-7 observation group control detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reactio(PCR). between was determined Pearson analysis. EC109 TE10 cultured transfected overexpressed knocked down BAG3, as overexpression knockdown group. Then cell two groups detected. Results The expression significantly higher than that (P<0.05). lower protein negatively correlated let-7. rate group. Conclusions BAG3 is highly expressed lowly tissues, indicating promotion cells.
