ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the effects of combined force for maxillary second molar uprighting with micro-implant anchorage system. Methods Maxillary molars mesiobuccally tipping were included in study and Helix CT scanning was taken.Three-dimensional finite element model periodontal tissues established by 3D modeling software. The effect embedding position micro-implant,orientation level loading on displacement periedontal tissne investigated. Results With located mesiobuccal alveolar bone molar, the presented distal palatal rotation; when mesio-occlusal or mesio-palatal alveolar, the buccal rotation. Conclusions Complex is effective uprighting.
