Since the 1990s, studies on internet addiction and mobile phone have been concerned. Of which, refers to surfing via personal computers, is usually set within calls sending short message. In recent years, time frequency people using phones increasing rapidly with popularity of smart development Internet. Some severe cases show an excessive use phone, even dependent or addictive symptoms. These results in a variety physical, psychological social problems individuals.
