ABSTRACT
Objective This study was to observe the meibomian gland scores, miss rate of meibomian, break-up time tear film (BUT) changes after long-term wearing orthokeratolog, and evaluate orthokeratolog impact on function stability film. Methods A prospective case-controlled performed.Fifty patients 98 eyes with myopia were enrolled.According correction mode, divided into control group (24 cases) experimental (overnight treatment) (26 cases). All subjects underwent examinations sequentially as follows: evaluation ocular surface disease symptoms using Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI), lid margin examination by slit lamp microscrope, infrared photography BUT.All measurements repeated at 3 months, 6 24-months follow-up visit. All signed informed consent before examination.
