Effect of sodium hyaluronate eye drops on IOL-Master 700 measurement parameters in moderate and severe dry eye and non dry eye patients

ABSTRACT
Objective To assess the changes in IOL-Master 700 parameters after administering sodium hyaluronate eye drops to moderate and severe dry non-dry patients. Methods Non-randomized controlled clinical research was performed.Patients with non were enrolled this study, 40 patients each group.All underwent bioassay before 5, 10 15 minutes administration of 0.1% drops.The differences axial length (AL), central corneal thickness (CCT), curvature, intraocular lens (IOL) compared administration.All subjects signed informed consent. Results In group, AL, CCT IOL power increased K1 decreased at 5 (P 0.05). Conclusions The is 5-10 drops, within administration. Key words: Dry eye; Artificial tear; Cataract; IOL-Master; Intraocular
