Improved surgery for the treatment of severe or recurrent lower eyelid entropion

Objective To explore the surgical effect of improved tarsal strip lateral canthus fixation combined with lower eyelid retractor plication for treatment severe or recurrent entropion.Methods Thirty-six eyes 26 cases senile entropion were treated by plication.The and complications analyzed.Results All patients cured one surgery.They satisfied results.No recurrence was observed during 1 month to 4 years follow-up.Conclusion Improved has satisfactory cosmetic entropion.
