ABSTRACT
Objective
To observe the dynamic expression changes of microRNA(miR)-146a and miR-29 in neonatal rats with acute lung injury (ALI) induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), to explore their influence on ALI.
Methods
Totally 80 newborn aged 7 days were randomly assigned into LPS group control group.Intraperitoneal injection endotoxin(5 mg/kg) was done establish rat model ALI group.Rats intraperitoneally injected 0.1 mL 9 g/L saline.Lung tissue blood specimens from taken at 6 hours, 1 day, 3 after treatment.Lung pathological observed, levels serum tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF- α) detected enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The relative expressions tissues miR-146a miR-29a determined reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction.
Results
The hematoxylin-eosin staining indicated group.Compared group, TNF- α showed high (P< 0.05), while significantly reduced 0.05).
Conclusions
Differential have an important role ALI.The key targets may provide new for early clinical diagnosis treatment ALI, as well research development medicine.
