Imaging features of the lymphoma of Waldeyer ring

Objective To investigate CT and MRI findings of the lymphoma Waldeyer ring clinical values. Methods 23 cases were analyzed compared with operative pathological findings. Results Eleven tonsil 3 bases tongue displayed regular soft tissue mass protruded into pharynx. Five nasopharynx 4 lateral pharynx irregular in or oral The density signal homogeneous slightly enhanced MRI. All lesions did not appeared necrosis cyst. Fifteen cervical lymphoid metastases found ring. In 5 nasopharynx, invaded nasal cavity. Conclusion can provide informations position, shape range lymph nodes its surrounding changes. They have high value diagnosis treatment Waldeyer.
